After my 4 days off I deadheaded down to Hopkinsville,Ky to pickup a load of packing peanuts going to Duluth,Ga but when I got there they had shutdown because of the snow. Getting a day of layover pay and pick it up in the morning.

Did have an interesting thing happen this week. Because of the weather last week I only ran 650 miles before I went home to be off for the Super Bowl so with lease payment and 140 gallons of fuel I purchased I was going to be in the hole by a few hundred dollars. Payroll called and said that due to the weather problems they waived my lease payment for the week. Not waive it and I have to pay it back later but totally waived it never to be paid by me. From what she said they did it for several other people also.

Delivered in Breinigsville,Pa drop and hook then reloaded Heineken beer in Elizabeth,Nj going to Perrysburg,Oh for in a few hours. Will have to stay around here until Tuesday morning though to finish a 34 hr reset. I have ran a tad over 4000 miles since Tuesday morning and I am out of hours.

I pretty much think you just hate yourself. Would rather go to Jersey instead of Florida any day. Went in and dropped and did a drop and hook pickup and I wasn't even in Jersey more than 3 hours.
