RL Jackson sucks

I rarely trash anyone, we are all trying to make a living , BUT Mark at R.L. Jackson used truck parts in Maryland is to most obnoxious person I have run into in some time. I went there once to look for a few parts, waited for over an hour for someone to come to the office. Finally walked into the yard and there was Mark sitting down looking at me the whole time. Told him what I was looking for, he said i could look if I wanted to but he was too busy. Hello, too busy what, holding the chair down? So I said ok, can you load the part in my pickup? Again, no too busy. Can I drive my pickup in to load part myself? Answer,no.
I vowed not to do any business with them again. But, today my truck broke down in Mass. and parts will not be available until tomorrow. After calling everyone on the east coast I relented and called R.L. Jacksons' as I was pretty sure they had the part I needed. Price was not an issue, I was prepared to drive 600 miles to get the part and deliver it to my truck. Result; same treatment as 1st time, no I don't have time to look for it, no you can't load it in your truck, no I can't load it for you.
So, if you attempt to do business with these people, be forewarned!
