Coyote pays like everyone does, 20-40 days and all the broker contracts are extremely one sided nowadays. You can not change anything in those contracts, because it's all electronic.D.Tibbitt and Studebaker Hawk Thank this.

It is positively futile to escape from these mass invasions of privacy. As it becomes more accepted way of doing business, at first you can pick and choose, but eventually either give in or leave this industry.
Just to get exactly the same treatment from another.
There is no privacy left. The only thing to do is get completely off the grid onto a mountaintop in Idaho.
And that won't work because the satellite photos will pick up the wisps of smoke from your cabin and the US Marshals will be there shortly.
This gentlemen, a former Indiana State Senator and tech expert has a ton of info on the topic. This video demonstrates how it work

Right but he said he didn't sign an Agreement. So I'd like to know he billed them.

Unfortunately, that doesn't work anymore either. Just ask Randy Weaver or his family. Oh, wait...you can't because the feds murdered them and their dog. Or maybe you can Levoy Finicum. Oh, wait...he was murdered in front of his family in cold blood.D.Tibbitt Thanks this.

I didn't take a load for them. SO the answer is no payment terms.Iamoverit Thanks this.

Ten4, thanks. I totally didn't make that connection lol.

Saw in one of the FB groups today that Highway is also starting to request drivers licenses.
Hello yeah! It will be interesting when someone hacks the Highway and fraudsters start using people's data in their own interests.
BoostedTeg and Siinman Thank this. -
This does nothing to prevent fraud or theft. ID's can be faked, trailers can be swapped enroute, I don't trust any of these companies with any info other than truck & trailer # and driver name. And where exactly are they identifying the validity of the documents they receive, being either a CDL or truck registration, etc
-
All true and I bet you'll agree to their demands anyway just like these guys that give all their services away for free then cry about detention. You'll all squawk and whine but you'll all do it in the end.
