Dispatchers working off commission I would think would be a great thing. It keeps them looking for good paying loads rather than just taking bottom of the barrel rates. As far as them not giving you any of the fuel discount, if they received one at least, you might try looking into talking to an attorney maybe. If they did spot market, there usually isn't an FSC on those loads, unless the broker specifically pays for it and its listed on the rate-con. Only been one broker load I ever pulled that there was actually a FSC. They took 75% of your gross pay, in fees?

 

I think there is one thing we can all agree upon is that censorship sucks I don't know why truckers report does this ...

 

Maybe it's just not the simply the company, rates are in the toilet right now. Can't blame them for poor pay.

Oh, we have similar companies here in Ontario, Canada too, don't worry. Had to leave one with similar attributes however I think the only different is their Dispatchers get paid hourly but would send you where ever without a rate con. Other than that No fuel cap, they show you a bunch of numbers of course minus the drivers name (because that's not legal) however, promising 80% when the actual pay equals 30% of that 80% it becomes discouraging especially as fuel increases. For me it was easier to park the truck, take a $10k loss and obtain something better. The joke is they kept saying, 'Give it more time'...lmao..'for what?' To lose more money? To much fraudulent corrupted mindsets in this industry.
