Road test nerves

look up everything about the guy giving you a road test, try to find him on facebook etc, then go in with conversation about anything he agrees with even if you don't, welcome to politics. I've dumbed myself down more times than i would like to admit but it really does work wonders when your dealing with people who think they know it all or spew their useless advice on you. in other words the guy giving you the test isn't the super trucker of all super truckers so just play along. i like to play the wrestling song called "the game" before i do anything because thats all it is is a game, like the song says "time to play the game!"

I failed my pre trip, then maneuvers the second time. Both were minor mistakes. Second road trip, different Tester. I ran 2 yellow lights. He warned after the first time, but passed Me anyway. Lol. I was nervous about making a sudden stop. I’d been driving straight trucks for 7 yrs prior. Keep trying, once you pass, your confidence will skyrocket. That’s when you really need to be extra careful. Good Luck, you’re not the only one.
