WM has decreased wages and such...that really makes me worry what the future is for them. Once you start chopping toes off, the foot is generally next.
I obviously know nothing of the situation, but speculating is fun.

We had grass roots and our new RTM made it clear they knew they had messed up.
Lot of good ideas. A lot of programs coming back. I'll wait until some of it becomes official, but they may have hourly guys in metro areas way less CP work, more taking care of grocery and our stores. Let the outside folks do the grunt work and keep us around our customers.

I'm still waiting for the call back to set up orientation. Monday will be 3 weeks since I did the road test. I've called the hr manager a couple of times and the recruiter once. Hopefully I'll hear something this coming up week. I'm ready to get going.
