    #### you better buy a lotto ticket today! LOL... Never heard of Ohio giving a warning ticket for 11 mph over. That's cool for you. :biggrin_2554:

Im one of the truckers who panics at checkstop blitz time. You just never know what a DOT will find. I think I was legal (except for a 14 hour violaion 2 weeks ago) But I made it through without a ticket. Got pulled into a scale but waved through.

    PharmPhail Thanks this.

I made it pretty much untouched....
Last scale was Cajon and that was just to show the Oversize permit....and despite the fact my air-compressor just blew a gasket and I lost a gallon of oil from Seligman to Ontario.....

Well, for the 6th year in a row I never even was asked for my logbook. I only crossed one scale and that was in St. George, UT.

Only scale I had to cross was KY I-24 Westbound rolled right through the bypass lane. Every other scale had the prepass on :biggrin_2554:. Didn't really see anything other than normal going on anywhere. Same thing as last year.

I still say the 72 hr blitz is at best only a 24 hr inspection step up.

Limon, CO was closed on the eastbound side on day one but the WB side was pretty busy. On Wednesday, both sides were locked up with nobody home and every other scale in CO west of Denver gave me the green light.

I35 in Ok was HOT Thrusday morning.....I was told to park and bring my paper work in, coop was so full I had to park on the ramp walked in and waited about 20 mins before an afficer got to me. He ask were I was at in the lot and I said I am the one on the ramp. He gets up to see and said.."why are you parked on the ramp for? Trying to get out of an Insp?" I said no there was no where else to park and his reply was "Why didnt you park next to that tanker?" my reply....Theres a pickup with a small trailer in that one. He tells me to have a nice day. LOL
After I got going there must have been 6 DOT SUV's with in 3 miles of the scales stoping pickups with trailers. Gezzz talk about people going nuts slaming on there brakes looking at them and not watching the road.
I 35 coop in Kansas was walking hard too. Got pulled there for a level 3 (the only offical check that I got in the "blizt").
