I truely hate inspection blitzes. Not because my equipment wont pass. But the idea that instead of doing their #### job all year, these yahoos only really heavily enforce trucks during a blitz. There is an issue when 20-30% of trucks you inspect are put oos and after the blitz you go back to being lazy and lax.

Especially with the absolutely glut of major fatals the last year or two.

 

They were certainly out and about in KY today. I got Prepassed at the scales I passed but saw lots of sausage parties in the median and a few trucks on the soldier getting inspected.

 

PrePassed 9 out of 10 scales I went through. The only one I went in was I80 Truckee. You could tell they had the PrePass turned off, rolling everyone across. I was empty so took the empty lane...

Lots of carriers are not looking too good.

 

Getting inspected on any person is bad, but when it’s on a soldier who defends our country, it takes it to a whole ‘nother level!!

 

The fact they didnt include super ego as a super inspected one says a lot about targets. That said the fact you have a #### near 60% oos rate also says a lot. I know when i got a level 2 the dot guy was telling me they had a 60% oos so far. Guess he wasnt blowing smoke up my ###.

 

Super Ego isn’t a carrier. They just have a bunch of different operating authorities in their “family of companies”.
