I run alone....Running with others is ######' annoying!
On snow packed, icy roads, I know I'm not gonna screw up but I don't know that you're not gonna screw up.
On dry roads, I run hard, keep the left door shut and roll, I don't need someone there to slow me down and try to make me "late with the frieght".

I recently ran across about 7 states with a United Van Lines O/O that was from the same "old school" that I'm from and we ran well together, But usually I just run off and leave the guys that think they're gonna run with me.

I would avoid "packs" at all costs! I also hate running with another driver. It's much faster running solo.

I like to run alone and away from the pack, especially when the roads are bad.

I don't know why but everybody seems to all bunch up in a cluster ####, cars more than trucks, but trucks do it too, so I stay far away because when something happens they all run into eachother or wipe out trying to stop, I like to have time to stop.

I am one of the "hated" 4 wheelers on the freeway when I'm in my car because I still leave me a good few hundred yards to stop. No reason to be 100' away or less like the others like to be. I hate it when they are right on my tail. I get passed all the time, with them trying to close the gap. Its not that I am travelling slower, I just like my distance.
