When you have a flat on the road. What kind of jack do the service trucks use to fix the flat? How do they get paid? Do they send you a bill or do a manual credit card swipe. How does that work?

They normally use an air jack or 20t bottle jack.
I have yet to see any road repair facility "send you a bill". You either pay them with a credit card or use a national account etc.
