OK, I guess you can't ask questions about other companies here.

You can ask all the questions you want but you have more credibility with more time and posts. If you were a member for months or years with dozens of posts it wouldnt look so odd. Not that we dont believe you, we just dont put much credence in your opinion (yet).

    BTW, what do you drive?

it would be more interesting to hear from a MOD to go in and check the IP addresses.

    Are THEY the same.

I don't drive myself, I bought a Volvo truck and a 99 Wabash Steel/Aluminum Combo Flatbed trailer. A family member is driving for me, I have been dispatching flatbed trucks for about 2 years now and I decided to buy my own now.

    Very good idea! :yes2557:

By the way we are getting way off topic. The reason I asked is because JbHunt and other brokers are offering this service with this company. As well as they show on Loadboards a lot and other places I can't recall now. I just happen to see them a lot so I thought I could get some more insight information.

It's possible that comoes3 is a real member with a real question. I'm betting that Roadside Masters uses a service that alerts them when their company is being talked about online, and when they received a notification about this thread they sent a few people over to post nice things. Robert109's IP address goes to the same city as Roadside Masters main office.

Coyote Logistics has used the same tactics before. When companies try to manipulate people with false reviews, it always ends up backfiring.

I'm sorry for all the confusion I caused, but alls I know is that my husband and I have this service and like it. I hope that helps. I'm sorry I was confused. I didn't realize you were a driver too, I thought the company was asking for feedback and we wanted to say thank you. We are, admittedly new to blogging, sorry. Almost makes me want to back out...geez rough crowd. But to answer your question, yes, it is worth it.

Roadside masters are the biggest scam that is out there in the roadside assistance line of company. I have been a member with Roadside masters since September and i had to call them twice, the first time winching was not covered (which the sales person have told me that covers) and the second time i called was for towing which they tell you they cover up to 50 miles, that ended up cost me $305 for 15 mile. stay away from this scums.
