Pretty much everything mydartswinger said... there is no lump sum your weekly checks will just start the third week. Reefer division starts at .37 cpm ....but actually flatbed starts out at 41 cpm now!
You owe roehl nothing unlike other companies that give contract and take money each week till its paid off..

    mydartswinger Thanks this.

My job offer.. thats with no experience and what im training in now and the new rates for reefer. I think it goes up 2 cents every 3 months your first 6 months as well but not sure. After that raises are performance based.

The only hometime plan that I know you would have to share a truck is 7/7 ... because they dont want the truck sitting a whole week. Other than that I think your truck parks and doesnt move till your back in it. As far as getting a pay check while you wait... nope! Only get paid to be at the school or be at work... in this case being on duty or in the truck is considered work... then after training is complete you are paid normally. Usually the wait isnt long though after you get your CDL. Me and my old hotel Roomate are both set to head out early next week

120 I think. Weirdly I was never told and it was no where in any paper work I signed... so I have no clue. If you go OTR national 120 shouldnt take any more than a year
