    Is it top secret?

I'm interested in them since I like the paid school training and the fact that they do flatbed but the lack of compensation information is a bit concerning.

Am I missing something? Is it so bad they don't advertise it? :D

    Thx.

Did you try calling the recruiting line?

Negative. I'm not ready to talk to a recruiter yet and I figured that it would be posted on the website, as most companies do.

Back in November when I started there as a new driver fresh out of school I started with .35 cpm but that was for flatbed tho. I think dry van, curtain side, and reefer is 2 cents lower

Cool, thanks for the info. How are your miles over there? Seen some threads where people are complaining a bit, not sure it was just slow freight or something to be really concerned about with Roehl.

    Thx.

It all depends. If the freight is moving and/or if you have a good fleet manager that will keep you moving then you can make decent miles. I think my FM did what he could to make sure I got at least 2000 a week. So I say it's a mix of slow freight and crappy FMs/load planners

I average a bit under 2400 miles per week and that includes partial weeks so it's more than that average per day. I started at 34 cpm in reefer (van is $.02 less and flatbed is $.01 more plus things like tarp pay). I'm at $.385 after 5 months and get there at 3 months. Some drivers have done well and others have quit--same as any large company.
