Just a little weekend info. Anyone going through Chicago this weekend try to avoid the afternoons, especially on Sunday. The Bears are home, PGA, and NASCAR are in town.

Add me to the " Life after Roehl". Gave my two weeks notice yesterday. After two years with Roehl I just don't like the direction they seem to be heading. Overall they have treated me fairly though. Just to many other opportunities happening.

Hard to take any video seriously from an ex-driver that calls a fleet manager "stupid" 15 times and attacks his acne problem. I don't know what happened here, but always two sides, and if this guy had a legitimate beef, then why not take it up the ladder? Can't speak for everyone's experience at Roehl, but mine had been fantastic.Last edited by a moderator: May 9, 2015

I could have done one of those for my last supervisor at my last job..dealt with her garbage for a year. she had a potty mouth and came in from the outside with no experience..lol 13 yes down the tube there. for me its way better at Roehl...I think any place u can get two that clash...ones got to go. he may be better off where he went.I saw that video before I chose Roehl..would need a bunch of them to get merit.

I know both the guys he was talking about in the video, they're both very professional. One of them was overbearing from time to time, but what was state isn't even close to true, maybe that was the dude's perception of events, not many people can admit their own faults. Personally I probably spend too much time analyzing what I've done wrong, what I could do better, but that's just how I roll. I used to be more arrogant and put myself in situations where I didn't belong, I've learned (slowly) not to do that. I try to tell my drivers now that I'm not worried about mistakes, violations, incidents, as long as you learn from them. If it gets to a point where you no longer care that what you did was wrong, I no longer care to help keep you employed.
