Roehl Driver Check In Continued

Thats cause everyone is sitting at customer. Waiting. Seems the new thing is saying a 1400 appointment is at 0900 then sitting and waiting on the phone cause all FMs are busy. Please Hold for 30-40 min.

Im in starting to wonder if CS AND PLANNERS get recruited from fast food joints.

 

I know Monday there were 5 of us and we were scheduled out 3 hours total it took 1.5-2 hours per truck.

 

Was stuck at a shipper for 18 hours a couple weeks ago. Did everything right to collect detention, of course got NOTHING on my check. I won't let it go this time. They will answer as to why this keeps happening. If you're going to claim you pay detention then PAY IT, otherwise just get rid of it and quit lying.

 

Overnight at shipper in Pacific, MO. Unload in the AM. No PP yet.

 

They get it on their end. I know this first hand!

 

Either that or they tell you 1700 appt, and shipper tells you it was really 0900 and your 8 hrs late, then you sit until they decide to work you in. Have had that happen several time.

 

You're getting a load out of there? I think I only did once. Delivered plenty. That skinny guy still complain if you're early? The heavier guy was always cool, he actually liked it if you were early.

 

Cons, my bad... My appt is 0900, but I'll be bugging them at 0700 bright and early..

 

Talk to FM about not getting the two weeks ago. They can put it in the next check.

 

That's what bugs me about the whole thing, well other than they claim to pay it but lie. They bill the shipper for their truck sitting at shippers, but they don't want to share any of it with the driver who made NOTHING while he sat there. That really rubs me the wrong way.
