I try not to run very often I am getting old its tiring. Plus I get plenty of a work out lugging lumber tarps.

I had a driver that would run almost every day, if I planned him from WI to CA I knew I had to add an extra 6 to 8 hours so he could get his runs in. Good guy, difficult some times, but I understood him so it worked for the most part.
It's going to Texas. He's going home near Beebe, AR and they want me to meet him there. Slim chance he gets it there tomorrow night.
Did he shower every day? Before I got into this job I used to run every day at home or at the gym. I miss it big time, but I can't take the time to shower every day either now, and if I did I'd have to pay for half of them so I try to squeeze them in before I shower if possible.
