Every company. Some more, some less. Roehl, at least to me is still less.

This is true. Goods and bads. Just stand up for yourself and don't be a sheep in the herd. You'll be fine

for a new driver Roehl is very safe, Roehl is also extremely organized. I compare it to a McDonalds business model, difference is your getting paid more, doing more, and not flipping burgers. they are flexible with assignments and how you want to work. the people from in the company seem to have good standards..they are selective. I have to have two more years before I can move on to a touring company and drive miley Cyrus's stage show around...

Central Oregon. Smaller fleet, just one terminal, all Kenworths, VERY infrequent trailer swaps, better plann_ERS!_/"driver coach"/driver model that regularly enables drivers to score over 3k mi/wk.

And here's my next preplan, aka perfect example of why I'm leaving:
    20131102_125821.jpg

They give me 10 hrs to live load and drive 77 miles to an appt.:biggrin_25520:, then only 25 hrs for a 2nd live load and drive 630 miles!???! :biggrin_2551::biggrin_25513: I'm going to accept it and fly by the seat of my pants, because arguing with w/e dispatch is futile, and I just really don't care at the moment. :biggrin_25517::biggrin_25523:
