More like the've got empty seats... But seriously, Roehl is by far the best training company, IMO. Get a yr or 2 of experience and take it wherever you like. Or stay and become the next 5 mil miler, if you like it here!

And GoBlue, you crack me up!

I noticed the more I speak up the more they try to screw me over. Wonder why they have such a huge turn over. Have you noticed a large turnover in FMs too

Honestly, no. The only time I got a different fm, is switching fleets.

I've noticed a few different ones nights and I can never get ahold of my FM. He said he's been training new one. Talked to a few guys that said they have had 2-3 in the past few months

Same FM for 10 months...she wants to keep me as I'm a good sheep. I stay in the middle of the flock (with Goblue) and never complain about the grass with projektf350! :biggrin_25512: When I have a problem she fixes it. She did drive for many years and that should be a prerequisite for an FM.

    Projektf350 Thanks this.

I do know they are training more. Russ said they are training to help out for intermodal and Allentown, so he isn't the only one. I'm sure they are doing the same for all fleets. With the buyout of Brock, I would assume that's more for the reefer division too.

I've had 3-4 fm's in 2 yrs. A good one solely for 1 1/2 yr. So the drivers that have a good fm everything goes like a well oiled machine like it should Roehl is awesome. When that goes away for whatever reason then you'll see the dark side. My x fm drove for 7 yrs and fm with Roehl for 9. It was nice having someone that knew what he was doing, understood how it is. When he left now I hate Roehl more and more as time goes by. Cherish your good fm bc when they go, prepare yourself.

    KF7WTV and Projektf350 Thank this.
