I looked at it again, and it is not obvious to me. I've seen trucks do this a lot at one the places where I worked and once it starts going into the ditch it happens pretty fast and then hangs up on the ICC bumper and lifts the drive wheels of one side. Nothing you can do until help arrives.
The ditch in that pic looks like a pretty fast drop, so it is reasonable that it went in just as he passed the stop sign.

last 2 days have been some of the most FUBARed days ive had here, also have run into a rash of trailers needing repairs the last couple weeks. THAT's been a surprise, I hadn't needed to repair a trailer in months! -
