Launch at 0430 tomorrow with my first trip out of phase III which is also my first trip off national and on the Allentown regional fleet. Should be interesting.

Shut down at the cons in Jefferson City, MO. Deliver in the morning. Directions said we can park on the side street so that's what I do. About to fall asleep when a dude knocks on my door and says I can't park there and have to move across the street. Arghh..

At a parking area south of Des Moines on 35. They want me to deliver in Medicine Lodge, KS on Weds but I will be there tomorrow. Its a drop and hook so I told my FM I will call the cons tomorrow and work out something. I will be taking my break there anyway so I guess it doesn't really matter.

If you already have your CDL it is 8 days for orientation/training. They evaluate your skills so you will be driving and backing. Phase 2 is anywhere from 8-13 days OTR with a trainer. If the trainer is satisfied you will test out and if you pass a truck will issued to you. For Phase 3 you will be solo for about 6 weeks with a FM that is also evaluating you to see if you can do the job to Roehl's standards. After that you will get a permanent FM.
