Cons lot, Centralia IL for 0400 live unload then Granite City for 2nd stop.
In May Roehls short idle (10 min or less) was 27,000 hours burning over $100k in fuel. Average of 25 min/day per truck but it adds up quick so FM says shut it off every time you get out. Getting 7.9 mpg (they like that) but its dropped from 8.2 in April because of auto start charging batteries when the AC is on overnight. But I'm going to be comfortable...regardless.

After seeing your post I suspect there's something messed up in the system today. My fuel mpg for today came back as 3.8 after I filled up, but the truck shows 7.5 as usual and I haven't changed any driving habits. Unless someone siphoned my tanks while I was on hometime, which seems pretty unlikely.

Don't ever pay attention to that message that comes back when you put in full. Way off a lot.

I had that message come back as 0.14mpg once hahha. Truck shows 7ish since day one. I drive the way I drive and run the heat / air as needed. That's that.

A pallet that is suppose to be returned.

When i still worked warehouse we used to have a corner of the building set for them. We had like4 thousand of them we sent to pallet recycler cause they would never come get them. They wanted us to ship em to them. We told them if you want them back so bad come get em before we send them to the recycler. They never came for them. Magicly they stopped send us those blue useless pallets.

What he said, they are a heavier duty pallet painted blue often reused. There are also red ones too, but not sure the name on those, they are less common.

I have already mentioned to my FM how to fix some of the problems with the excessive fuel consumption with the auto starting and idling to charge up the battery packs. Put APUs back on the trucks. Look around you will see some companies were smart and put APUs on these new trucks right out of the gate. But hey what do I know. I am just a Driver.
