TA North Chicago. Have a 2 am appt. Not sure why the planners thought I wanted to pull an all nighter. Should be interesting. Then have a PP in Chicago. Picking up a load and dragging it a whole whopping 17 miles to the cons..............

 

At consignee in Fond Du Lac, WI.

left Gary around 0430. Glad I did. Just after I got off the Edens Expy north of Chicago the traffic report said there was an accident in the direction I was going, so I missed that one.

Then hit a small snow storm in Milwaukee. It was crazy. That cost me 45 minutes with stop n go traffic. The snow stopped as quickly as it started, kind of like a Florida rain storm.

Still made it here early and working on going home plans with FM.

 

Lovely... but don't forget about that short haul pay, makes it all worthwhile.

 

At shipper in Green Bay waiting for a dock to open up to get live loaded because the last driver here bobtailed in and now there are no empties for my "pre-loaded" pick up.

Loves xt 1, on 77. Over 50 here. It's hot. I haven't seen over 30 in weeks. Plus no snow. My trailer is leaving a water trail, from all the ice melting. Plus the Salt shaker is only a shaker again. Hit a rain storm in WV. Nice to get a thaw.
