If someone would answer the phones over there we wouldn't have these issues. ALL DAY ive had "all circuits busy" or just hold music.... Been on hold now 10 min. I understand they are busy and "trying" but maybe they need to stop spending money on someone to post stupid stuff on FB and the website and filling the voice mail boxes with useless messages and hire more FM's

I get impatient and spaz out. Then just drive home...... If they don't answer soon, Im going to give myself tomorrow off too.

I've driven 80 to 15. They cross in Salt Lake City.

20 min. for them to pick up.... 1200 pick up in Kirkwood, NY. Down to 3 trip sheets. Been bugging FM to mail me some (he says "Ill do that today" everytime I ask) Once I run out I guess they will just get BOL scanned in. HAHA Less paperwork for me

I am curious how are you going to that? You still need the trip sheet so transflo knows where to send. You could start faxing them to payroll with the dispatch #, truck # and driver code on it. Maybe that will get somebody to get on your FM to send you some. You could always request a load to Gary so you can get it yourself. Lol!

I normally fax (cause I'm home every night so never really stop at truck stops) but now we have the MyRoehl app that we can use to submit our paperwork. Next time I go to Gary, Im leaving my truck there and flying home. HAHAHAHAHAH

I was thinking of using the same trip sheet for all loads same barcode will screw things up and that will get them to get some new ones in the mail HAHA.

What about unloaded call when you got to type in trip sheet number?
