Somewhere northeast of Marshfield. Made good time today. Getting ahead of schedule just how I like it.

Several months at least. It is still poorly marked. The first time I took the detour I went all the way to Cline avenue. There is no arrow by the detour signs at the 65 exit, they're just down there by the guard rail like it's simply marking that you're still on the detour, not up on the exit sign. I think they did this deliberately to make some toll revenue.

At the mothership overnight. Got some much needed maintenance done on my new truck, plus transferred my inverter. I guess there's some sort of recall on the batteries for my truck. Heads up to Cascadia drivers. I have a 2013. Off to Olney, IL tomorrow.

I have been reading this thread and the questions about Roehl thread and talked to a recruiter a few days ago. I decided to put my application in with them. I figure if I hear back by Monday; I will call them and find out the progress of the application.

Overnight at a nice little truck stop at I-65 exit 112 near Springfield TN.

Man, coming down I-65 through Indiana was pure hell today. Not bad enough to shut down and park but getting close. Very strong winds from SE and light (at times heavy) snow sticking to the road made for lots of wrecks -- I lost count after awhile but it was in the dozens. Too windy to apply salt to the road; it would just blow in the ditch so they didn't even try. Mostly four-wheelers but a few semi's too. All were van rollovers, blocking one or both lanes of northbound and southbound at various places. Indianapolis was a frigging mess. Glad I was hauling a big-### coil of steel on a flatbed rather than pulling an empty van.
