Which isn't true, because you can't get through to "talk" to them anyway, unless you stay on hold for half an hour, maybe.

    DsquareD and Meltom Thank this.

Lol i find when they want to talk they pick up instantly. Though if they have no intentions of talking to you they let you sit on hold to see how long you will stay on hold.

I havent even called in this week no real need to. Maybe ill call tomorrow but most likely not.

I'm surprised they don't track your wait time vs your phone status. It's all computerized, assuming that isn't a function of the phone system they should be able to download and cross reference that. Maybe you should bring this up next time they have a driver survey.

Yeah, basically now, I go ahead and just make a decision. I leave a message. If they don't like it then, then, well you should have just answered me then. I have a time limit to my day. I'm not wasting minutes on a phone, or waiting for a reply on qc.

They do. They have all that info. I don't do surveys anyway. In my working life, I've found them to be a complete waste of time. Nothing ever comes of them. Companies do what they want regardless. I don't even know why they waste the money on them.

I really cant ##### truthfully. I am on a dedicated account and i know mostly what iam doing everyday. So really calling in for me is pointless, unless issues arise than its still faster to send a message on the Qualcomm.

    Meltom Thanks this.

As part of driver satisfaction you'd think that FM performance would depend upon answering the phone. Seems like an easy fix to a serious problem.

You got good FM's and bad ones. I have a good one but i hear lots of horror stories of other ones. I know why mine every now and than just ignores the phone and i dont blame him for it. I told him many times you couldnt convince me to do your job.

    technoroom Thanks this.
