Plot I-75 Ohio. Dropping in North Vernon, IN in the AM, then a PP from Granite City to Kentucky. Sounds like the weather is going to be fun in Indiana tomorrow. Happy happy joy joy.

Home, starting hometime. Got out of St. Paul just as it started to snow. :)

I saw they came out with a revised "auto start" message today, saying it's OK to run auto-start if you need to power accessories like your bunk heater. Just don't idle the truck continuously unless it's below zero. Um, yeah, the bunk heater is a useful accessory.

Prostate? :) I assume your phone did an auto correct there. Either that or it's a pretty good nickname for the truck.

I've had two Prostars with auto-start and they each shed the bunk heater at some point during the night if auto-start wasn't enabled, e.g. if I forgot to enable it. For example if I go to bed at 10, the heater will be shed around 2 or 2:30. Would be a long remainder of the night if I didn't get up and enable the auto-start. I think others have mentioned similar experiences.

This Cascadia I'm in works great as far at heat goes. The bunk heater will run for 10 hrs easy, and that's after I run my microwave for a few mins, lights on, and my small inverter. Very impressed.

Home finally, Lienie in hand. Two flipping hours to go 25 miles. Started snowing right at Friday rush hour.

One of the few things I do like on Cascadia. The bunk heater does kick. And I looked at the shaker Manuel, and it lists the order of load shed. Heat and A/C are near the last things to get shutdown.

Mine has an unreasonably long delay after the bunk heater is put on hold. The mechanics told me to leave the marker lights on, so that's what I do and it is working fine.

With a name like Granite City it almost makes it sound like a pleasant place. However, it's just another name for East St Louis. :biggrin_25523:

Always reminds of where I grew up. Huge electrical supply place, called Granite City Electric.
Por, same with Gary Indiana. Same as #### of Chicago.
ok, won't take that. How about bum hole?
