Wow, guess I haven't checked in in a few days!
mine yesterday was 37000+ on the tandems when I scaled, was awesome staying on the little road next to the scale....at least it's next to the warehouse :/
which are now with whoever the heck they gave MY truck to.....see below
and is is just fine....UNLESS there is ANY water present, then it may as well be oil
I now have a bag-o-sand after a two hour ordeal getting unstuck at my home parking after Christmas
So here I sit at Dollar General in Marion, IN, where they will "squeeze" my massively overdue HOT HOT load in.
yes, it was already overdue when I picked it up, this is the overaxle load mentioned previously. as a bonus, it had a flat tire. fortunately a new trailer so it aired itself back up and they replaced it when I got to Gary.
Life lesson learned today.....
when they issue you a loaner truck and tell you your truck is still yours...bla bla bla
take EVERYTHING with you!
3-4 bottles fuel treat, awesome brand new chains, the mount for my sat radio and of course whoever cleaned out my truck (the day after I left it there according to the date on boxes) nicely CUT the wire to my $60 satellite antenna. by the length of it, he'da had it off the truck intact in less than ten minutes with a ladder n wrench! both my CB antennae.
other than that everything was there, pretty sure I had ditched the I pad at the house over Christmas....
FM gonna send message to the trucks FM requesting they drop off CB whips next time in Gary, and no doubt Roehl will make good on the sat antenna
life goes on, but I sure miss my baby!
7945, a great truck that gave no problems and good luck. she will be missed
