At Gary waiting for tire to be fixed. 6 hours can I get break down pay? I will answer that NO. if you are at a maintenance terminal you don't get it. Should have drove it down the road to the TA. They would have said air it up and drive it over here. Not sure whether to take my 10 or fini14.

 

Got a real sweet 'loaner' truck to bobtail home in for home time until further notice since they can't find anything else for me to do apparently.
Beat to hell O7 Columbia that was used locally.
Hope my truck is fixable

Unloading in Bolingbrook, then off to Gary to grab a relay. Headed home in the morning. Snow incoming..

At Sawyer TA for the night. Got a new phone and am almost home.

 

Get here for my relay and find out the landing gear is broke. Fabulous. Other driver is still under it. Said the shop has no idea when they'll get it in. Good times.

Put in my 2 week notice yesterday via voicemail. Will send in a more official resignation via Qualcomm on Monday. I'll be starting a new sales job on 3-18-2014. My wife is pleased that I will be home every night and weekend.

 

Tire first fixed almost 8hours after arrival. I am at Iron Mountain. Low tonight forecast -15 .
