In Gary for now. I am just waiting on a relay going to London, KY to get here. Its supposed to be here tonight so I can escape this lovely place. Since this is my last time out on 14/7 I got to meet my new FM today. My launch load out of Mogadore was a total cluster ****. Hence why I am stuck here right now.

What will you be going to Ultra7? I am set to go into the 7/7 reefer fleet out of Mogadore but still haven't made my mind up yet. Trying to learn from you experts here so I can hopefully make the best choices the first time around.

I also found out today I not a real fan of the 30 min rule. I like to stop when I want to. For example I was supposed to run through the Chicago area today but I would have had to stop in fear of getting stuck in traffic for whatever reason and being in violation.

In Wisconsin for the week enjoying some of the most beautiful weather that Wisconsin can give. Evenings have been great for sitting out and taking it all in. Oh well it will all come to an end on Sat...sigh

I just found out the load won't be here until tomorrow morning. Well that's not good considering my 10 is already done.

I was just told in another forum to STAY AWAY from REEFER but they did say Roehl is a really good place to start. He said the wait times will drive you crazy like 10-12 hours waiting etc. I really don'd think I will mind waiting as long as I am getting the 2600-2800 miles for my 7 days I am on. I will be on 7 off 7 so $800-$1000 each time out times 26 weeks over the year. Perfect. I am willing to do dry van or flatbed as well. My recruiter said that I live in a good area to do just about every fleet they offer.

Everyone says the wait times are so long for reefer drivers. So in other words the van or flat bed drivers never have to wait to get loaded or unloaded! Any comments from the van or flatbed drivers!!!
