Have you checked the level of the fuel filter bulb? If it's full, then the filter is getting clogged and reduces power. Also, when you turn the key on, let all gauges cycle before starting.

It's not quite full, but it's getting close, but so was my trainers truck. I'll try and keep better track of letting the gauges cycle all the way. What does that do btw?

Honestly don't know, just seemed, seemed to me, that it ran better if I let it do that. Also trucks react differently with the filter thing. I had one that lost power when it was 3/4 full, another was fine almost to the top. Another thing also, get a cup or bottle and drain some fuel from the bulb, see if there's water in the separator. Common in colder weather, it can't hurt to check.Redriderex Thanks this.
