Loves I-55 xt 109 IL. Ft Smith AR then back to Ohio. Dragging a reefer now and then but getting 10+ hrs of daily driving so no complaints about that this month. Anyone else see crazy amounts of smoke when driving when ReGen occurs? Other drivers are trying to warn me.

Not too far from ya! I will be coming through that way tomorrow on I - 65. I am in Kentucky on a load that should take a day, not three. I shut down early just to relax. I will drive into CHicago tomorrow. 5 hours of driving and shut down again until I can deliver Monday. 450 miles in three days!

    Ol at Love's near Louisville.

As for food, I cooked all day in the truck. Chicken, potatoes and veggies. It was excellent!

@ Mapco xt 221 off I 40 Arkansas picked up some greasy chicken and fries. Onward to Big D tomorrow if this reefer holds up. It died earlier today I stopped and cleared the alarm and now its running no problems so far. Maintenance said I was probably low on fuel so I topped it off a whole 2 & 1/2 gallons. So I pumped the primer until it was hard to push and set it on continuous, so far she is purring like a kitten.

Stopped by Gary for fuel and a shower. Made it to the service plaza on 80 in Indiana right around mm 126 where I decided to spend the night.

Made it to just a couple miles away from consignee by noon today. Stopped at the walmart off exit 118 on 80 in ohio, stocked up a little, then moved to the parking lot next door which belongs to an abandoned movie theater. It's so nice and quiet over here. Looking forward to listening to the penguins game later and will deliver in the morning.

On I side note. I saw the load I loaded for the relay going down the road. I was very happy with my tarp job. Not often you get to see your tarping from that angle.

Another side note. Fuel economy is back. Got 47,500 lbs on the deck and got 7.3 foot to the floor yesterday and 8.2 today sticking around 60mph except for the 50 mph work zones.

I agree with Bayle, always better to get within 50 mile of consignee so you get the layover pay. They either pay or relay, but either way you're making $

    Good to know.

At home, but had to park 30 miles away. Only way to ensure 2 nights home and a full reset. Bad day home. Wife spotted a neighbor cooking an elicit substance in a spoon with a lighter. Idiot had his window open and was in plain view behind our living room window, behind the tv. Cant freaking believe it. Makes me wanna pack up family and move this instant. Just don't think I can. :(
