I had to call Jim a few weeks ago he is pretty cool it wasn't bad. I was in Wisconsin had my fuel route plan which included the Tollway 294. Went to bed that night woke up my Truck PC went nite nite too. So I sent another macro 16 and it totally changed my route so I went with the first one. It was a bad choice but he told me to always go with the last one and that was it phone call was over no yelling or griping at all.

I took a wrong exit off 294, running parallel with my route. Cut sixteen off. But then on load home, they forgot to route me to house. Called, got added, went home. FM doing the route said it added 30 to go home....not actually sure which is the one that got the message sent.

I received the same canned message. I didn't cost them any tolls, but I didn't follow their route to my home. They should be happy, their route included tolls mine did not.

At the Petro in Monee, IL. Deliver to University Pk in the AM and off to Superior/Duluth with a load of Toilet Paper, oh excuse me, Bath tissue. LOL

I'm going to agree with the load planners bBing replaced by children. I had another bull crap day. Delivered, then told to deadhead out to the mogadore yard for a relay load. End up sitting there for 6 hours waiting for my load to show up. Had just under 3 hours remaining on my 14 hours. Some how managed to get in 212 miles today. I am getting very tired of sitting... May need to give my fm a stern talking to.

    Beedubyah Thanks this.

I feel ya. My home load had 5 days on it, and has me delivering at 0100 and again 40 miles away at 0830. Aside from starting out during the shift I quit my old job bc of, really an appt 7 hours later??? Couldn't give me 11 so I could catch some zzzs or 2, so i could get my faster? I dont like today.

If I would have known it was gonna be that long, I would've slept as soon as I got there and would have just taken my 10 there. Actually, I would have called the wife and told her to drive the hour there.

Today must suck. Went back to the shipper twice because I was over weight. And the closest Cat was 45 miles away. Had to unstrappimg the whole load twice now. Not to mention in stopping in Gary tonight. So I'm sure sonething will go wrong then, also. Lol.
