Quit being such a wuss bayle. I challenge you to be a trainer. U tried once but hit a deer and suddenly things didn't work out. Roehl trains a lot of new drivers, what planet u living on? What's so bad about safety messages for drivers who might benefit. Just delete them. Do you hate the cold weather/storm messages too when your on a load in the south?

I really love all the drivers on this forum ######## about trainers when they don't have the cahunnas to let a new driver take seat one in their truck.

Bayle, Redriderex and Heysunshine Thank this.

I get good miles and usually longer runs. So I am not complaining...

Had nothing to do with hitting a deer. Why don't you grow some skin. I do my frigging job, no tickets, no accidents, no points. Never had a trainer. I live on Earth, in America, not in some lala land where everything is someone else's fault.
I do delete them, but I shouldn't get them in the first place. Yes, I do like the weather messages, they actually have value.
Whos the wuss goblue? Can't handle some criticism of a company you work for?

In my opinion noone with as little driving experience as you should ever be a trainer its disaster waiting to happen. I personally think trainers should have no less than 3 years experience.

The saftey messages should only go to new drivers than cause frankly I hate them as well. Iam not ####### stupid dont need roehl telling me the obvious. Its not my fault that we are rushing students into their very own truck to fast and they are wrecking them. Which is why our csa score is going down the #######. Poor training to soon solo with not enough experience.

Hire quality drivers and we wont have this epidemic of wrecked trucks and people failing dot inspections.

I cant blame anyone for looking for a new job away from Roehl. I checked this site out for over 3 yrs, and picked Roehl. I have been stuck in Canada with wrong directions , receive no detention pay and have stopped claiming it, (why even try any more ),begged for help for directions and got the "directions not found " ,and don't get me started on trying to get my short term disability since my heart attack! Went to the marsh for training and have become a good driver, but I feel now that Roehl is not the place for me. Will stay for my full year. Its has became a " quest" for me.

Lol Bayle, why don't you share your skills with a new driver...be a trainer, face your fears. For Gods sake your a marine. You really need an airman to tell you that. Last I heard they might let you train even on a dedicated gig, just Prolly have to skip home every other weekend to get a student finished.
