You're too generous, there are others on this forum that think a trainer needs 10 years or more. Of course they have never trained nor have any facts that back their opinion or conclusion up.

Roehl has taken up the federal governments' way to fix things, just lower the standards.....

personally, I think the plunging csa score has more to do with the total LACK of any "wiggle room" in the plans we get.

all new drivers will be scared crapless the first week or so. time worries just guarantee more eff ups.

seriously, many of the runs ive had this last year and a half or so are set up with just a couple extra hours on them, like there is no weather, traffic, accidents, etc.

o yea! there is none of that on the fastest routes we all get!

Anyhoo curtiss wi at abbyland. Just put in my two week notice. Got a sweet local gig home everynight. 8 truck company, yay no more govener nor any micromanagement. Just get the job done.
