Depends where it's going. With that for a delivery time, means it has a 24 hr window. It could also mean if you deliver early there could be a fine attached. Like a target dc for example. Check with fm or if any remarks, could also be in cons local directions.

if you're going to get there a day or two early, I would try and relay it off, if you can't drop it early.

    goblue Thanks this.

LOL, so I run a relay out of Denver (met with driver and swapped MT for his loaded) up to Chanhassen, MN. Was told it was to deliver on Tuesday at first. I don't sit on any load, plus it was headed home, so I bust my but to get it here. I get a msg early Saturday, Con wants it ASAP. Deliver it on Sunday, 0700. So I run like crazy to get it here, spend the night at home, get up and deliver at 0700. Con was like "it was suppose to be here on Friday." So I ask when are they gonna start building? (It was parts for a mezzanine inside their warehouse.) He says laughing, when there is snow on the ground again. So WTH was I rushing for? Wait, I am home until Tuesday now! I guess better than sitting somewhere in the good ole US of A with no load!

200 miles to go by 0730 Tue. Taking a 34, leave at 0230 and be an hour early with 70 vs 17 hrs remaining until Thursday. Biggest plus, drive through D.C. & Baltimore at night vs fighting Memorial Day traffic!

I65 exit 86 glendale kentucky..shut down next to a roehl volvo. Indy tomorrow. Listened to the race on xm. A nice drive today, seemed like a lot of traffic. The indy 500 had 300k peeps and high security, apparently a number of roads were closed for security..prolly good thing im going tomorrow.

Have fun in DC OSU...i drove the edge of DC at 0400am and was amazed by the amount of traffic.
