Still at home and scheduled to launch tomorrow morning at 0700. FM called me with a prelan and while on the phone she says, "oh, you're truck still in Gary because it had its PM done. Hold on I'll call you back." Calls back in five minutes and says cancel that, they're working on it. LOL!

Stayed out this weekend, got a reset, delivered nice and early, and get a dispatch to load 30 miles away, with a 190 mile run that delivers 0700 tomorrow. Go to get loaded, I'm the only truck, takes them 4 hours to load it working continuously. Also a 30 minute lunch and securement time, 5 hours. Made it within 30 miles of cons. Wasted day. Hope my week isn't like this.

At home. Got the call for my preplan tomorrow. 30 miles away from the yard and 2 minutes from the house. Yep, drive all the way to St. Paul Park so I can turn around and come back to Shakopee. Got the truck tonight and parked closer to home. Make it easier for the wife in the morning. Then off to Illinois and then Gary.... For my third WINDSHIELD since being with Roehl. You have got to be kidding me!!!

I have done this to a driver before. I blame myself for not finding out if a driver was waiting for me to get there so I could tell him. The sad part was we have the same FM! They knew what time I was going to be there and noted it on the load info but never told the other driver. So they were sitting around for like 3-4 hours waiting for me. Of course when I sent out message asking why did this happen, nobody wanted to talk about it. Now don't me wrong I have a good FM but I certainly wasn't impressed that day.

At the Loves in Sioux Falls, SD. It used to be a Bosselman but since P-lot is trying to take everything over I guess they didn't need it so they sold it. Got lucky today and was able to deliver a day early. My reward.....a brokered load that doesn't pick until 1400 tomorrow going to Sparta, WI. I will have to see if I can pick it up earlier.

Sitting at Certainteed in Shakopee, MN. Anyone having Qualcomm issues? FM sent me load assignment twice this AM and I never received it. Did get my directions, but no Load assignment. Strange!
