On home time until Wed am. Schedule is messed up because of some glitches had to run 13 days out, then a local drop this morning to make up miles. I'm Midwest Regional! Should be home Sat night this week, then start the regular schedule of 5-6 days out, 24-48 hours off.

At the Petro in Waterloo, NY. Picking up about 60 miles away and then bound for Glencoe, MN for a Thursday morning delivery. I'm due home in Michigan on Friday and reminded them that they need to have a load home scheduled for me on Thursday. I was assured, they'd take care of it but I"m worried that I might be short on hours to get home. Have plans with my daughter and don't want to disappoint her.

Inquired about a new truck today and she said she'd see what is possible but couldn't make any promises. However, all the blue trucks are on the selling list so if I'm still in it when it gets sold, chances are I'll be put in a brand new truck at that point. I guess its a wait and see game. I can live with it for now, just tired of the auto shift.

mic If you had jumper cables you could hook truck main batterys to apu batterys to charge them up and get the heat on. I dont suppose maint has any clues at this hour of the night !

from the troubleshooting manuel I found online the batteries are supposed to be interconnected...and the problem I am having looks to be a battery issue too...the one guy I did talk to has no Idea what he is talking about he tried telling me that the batteries for the APU are on the passanger side....trust me there are no batteries there...I have been under the truck a few times looking around to see if I could find any loose wires or connectors...there are only 2 banks of batteries....I have a feeling that the loose battery cable probably fried some batteries so they wont charge now...but I will say this...it did work awesome when it was working...
