Nope, got out and now sitting at the Belvidere Service area on I-90. Man I just seem to luck out with finding a spot in these service area's to sleep. :biggrin_25518:
I deliver 25 mins from here in Love's Park and figured I would get as close as possible.

Forgot to mention, passed a Roehl truck today on I-90 near Belvidere and I hear on the CB, HiYOOO SILVER!!! He did wave too! FLATBEDDER pulling a van. I think he was a local guy! There are some who do see the Silver.

Tree, if you haven't noticed, the Silver is just not noticed that much.

I was in gary today also, team roehl has turned gary into a cluster
@$#* ! If the idea is to check trucks and trailers out then there needs
To be at least two fuel island techs working the fuel island all the time.
Van drivers have ya noticed almost every load is now a high value load ?
Picked up a relay load at cottage grove and made it to the Dixie truck stop
    In Mclean IL

Carl, every load is high value for flatbedders. We tarp for no reason all the time, to HIDE the load. Of course, unless you are taking tires from Gary to Ellenwood. Saw those a couple weeks back strapped on and heading down the road. Nothing hiding that load. Makes no sense sometimes!

Got fueled and had no stop sign so I pulled out. Sitting there wore me out so decided to stay in Gary and head out real early. Wish I would have stayed parked and just got fueled and rolling at like 0300.

Keep in mind that they are routing more trucks through Gary to save money on fuel.
