Yep, was the second one to your left then. Did you hear the police last night? Not sure if it was Hammond or Gary, but as I was coming down 912 I saw a Harley being chanced by Police on the frontage road. As I was crossing the tracks on 15th, a police car passed me. Sorry was NOT stopping on the tracks! And as I pulled into the fuel island and second car came screaming by.

 

I am at the Pilot in Memphis, In. The staff here in both the Pilot and Arby's give the term inbread a new meaning. Holy crap is all I can say! I was in Neenah last night. Started talking to a guy from Alabama who started to tell me about being harrassed by NYC cops whenever he is there. In like ten seconds I walked away from him because he couldnt speak fast enough to get the story out. All I thought was well there is your reason for being harrassed. LOL. Speed up dam you!!!

Oh well, I got a shower and some Arby's. Time for dinner and a movie. Off to Ellenwood in the am.

I am at the pilot in Savannah...only 2 hours left on my 70 and don't recap til midnight tomorrow....but I have a load bound for jax I got to pick up in Rincon...where I dropped my last one...tried explaining to weekend dispatch that I don't have any hours...and they were well your going to recap sunday night so there you go and I was going to go to Freightliner here in savannah to get the Parksmart AC working.....God I hate night/weekend dispatch....

 

So, did you drive down I-94 though Chicago, wearing your white hat backwards? I saw a curtainside that looked like you heading South.

 

Sitting in Neenah until Monday morning. Decided against going to a truck stop close to the consignee to collect layover. Free internet and warm clean showers, I'll stay here.

 

at the TA in Savannah...will head to Jax tomorrow morning for an 8 am delivery

 

Launch back out at 0200 tomorrow. Loving this weekends home schedule on Midwest Regional Dedicated so much! Washed my truck today, did some car shopping and relaxed all day yesterday.
