Now that I'm home on weekends I can say loudly that I don't miss weekend dispatch in the slightest!

Back on the road today, picking up right now at Dr pepper in Ottumwa Iowa and then headed to Oshkosh, WI.

Picked up this morning about 30 miles from home, headed to Sparta, WI for 0700 tomorrow. Brought my NES out. lol. See how the 80's video games hold up to truck life. :)

Well, sitting in the Furniture Row parking lot until tomorrow morning. Nice. NOT! Twenty four hour detention. My FM said just document everything and I'll get paid for sitting here. I would rather be driving. I think it will work out to about 14 hours of detention. I have gotten that much before. Once down in GA a few years ago. I did get paid for it, but what a pain! Oh well.

It was good to meet you too Viper!

So I reset in Gary Saturday and left at 130am this morning. Ran up to Luck, WI but 930am, unloaded and headed to Marshfield doors. I was going to load tomorrow morning because after running 600 plus today I was tired. I got a second wind so I picked up my trailer. I strapped it in record time and pulled in to Marshfield with less than 10 mins on my 14. By the time I weighed and slid my tandems I shut it down with 2 mins left. Whew!!!

Now I am set for two days of just driving. Nice! I grabbed a shower and am doing laundry again. I hit the Chinese buffet and am ready for the championship game tonight. Go Kansas!!!

    Stay safe all!!!

I was stationed at Fort McCoy...you should have been able to get on and stay the night there(I guess it depends on Post policy too...that and I know I could have..I have military ID cause I still play army)...otherwise I know a bunch of places you could have hung out quite a bit closer than Tomah.......but then you would not have the facilities that the Kwik Trip provides...LOL
