Got my first load assignment as a skateboarder. Headed to Talladega, AL. Then headed home to the sunshine and humidity state ;)

Sitting in Arcadia, WI at the KwikTrip. DirtyDiesel you'll get to know this place.
I don't have a load for tomorrow yet. :biggrin_25512: Another Roehl driver is parked next to me. He's got a load for tomorrow that unloads on Wednesday in Pennsylvania. :biggrin_2552:

Holiday's are crazy! Just hope I don't sit all day for them to say, go over here and pick up this relay that delivers on Tuesday. Oh, it's 200 miles empty and 20 loaded. :biggrin_25523:

    Haha, thanks!

I hate the crappy bungies we use, oh well. I just can't wait to get home. Ill be washing my truck, polishing the rims and tool boxes, and cleaning my tires. I wanna make my ride look top of the line

That will last for the first month. Then you will go thru a stage where you can't get to stop at a truck stop to shower for a couple of days, over and over again. After that the first thing to go is worrying about how shiny the boxes are. Then the bugs on your nice new truck will driver you crazy because no matter what you do, they keep coming back! Lastly, you hit so many construction sites that your tires have a brown tint to them. That is when you finally realize that being a skateboarder is the best job in trucking!
