    I hear that!

Honestly the only time I clean my truck heavily like that is when I'm home. My dad has a full shop I can use. I'm talking about degreaser for the fuel tanks, rim cleaner for all metals, he's got a buffer to shine up the paint. I mainly use the buffer to apply the Teflon coating to the hood. It keeps the bugs away. They still stick but their MUCH easier to clean off.

Plus he got a pressure washer that you can adjust for vehicles so it doesn't hurt the paint. I just love coming home from the road, cleaning my truck up and making that girl shine. I may end up not shining the tires as much because of the places we go, but coming out of the house, that babies gonna be lookin better than a double bacon cheeseburger and beer to a truck stop begger :)

I have an industrial power washer at home and most weekends my truck gets a serious bath. I break out the ladder, my flow-thru handled brush and start scrubbing. I'm also slowly working on the metal polish one area at a time. Actually, I'll be starting this chore in a couple of hours. It may get covered in bugs the first day out but its the pride of accomplishment of looking the best you can.

Can I call it or can I call it. Run 86 miles to Marshfield empty to run 178 miles loaded for Tuesday delivery. Gotta love holiday weekends! :biggrin_25513:

My hats off to you guys working this memorial day weekend, I did that last year and sat in drop
Yards way to much. This time it worked out for me to be home for my 4 days off.

As for having a clean trk on the outside I've givin up, on my home time the pink trk sits at the gatt yard. Dust bowl when dry, mud hole when wet.
I was running the trk through the wash in gary, but that thing misses more than it removes. :-( so when I'm sitting for extended times
She gets the glass cleaner paper towel wipe down. :) then the pink really shines ! LOLS I gotta bring some car with me, maybe do the half hood
Deal like the ole car wax commercials with the junk yard car ! :)

Running my ##### off. Did 600+ miles today and need to get 550 tomorrow to make my delivery monday morning. I guess this makes up for the Memorial Day I spend back in 2007 getting a reset at a mosquito infested rest stop in Iowa. :yes2557:
