Can anyone tell me if you have a misdemeanor that is sealed on your record if it will show up on a federal background check or a customs background check at the Canadian border?

I don't know for 100% so don't take my word. But I believe it does. Others drivers might chime in here with better info.

Well I looked it up wikipedia and the only people that have access to a sealed record is US law enforcement agencies, Us Courts, and the military. It will show up if your getting a sensitive job that you have to have a security clearance for.

In KY again. I feel like I'm on a dedicated run. Every other day is KY, then I reload in Ghent or Russellville and head north, then reload or get relay going back to KY. Not huge trips but the miles do add up quick, and I'm still home every week. Guess I'm not really
    Complaining as commenting. :)

The waiting at each of those places would make it get old really fast, but if the miles and hometime are there then that would
make it ok. Chris used to run a dedicated... The miles and home time were good but going to the same place week after week got boring after awhile.

He got home late last night and is leaving in the morning and taking Princess #2 with him. They are unloading in Montgomery PA tomorrow morning.

Loaded in Russellville (Logan) and sitting at cons in La Crosse for 7AM delivery. Six of us convoyed up together (fun time). Four split off at the 90/94 to go to ST. Paul and two of us came to La Crosse. Supposed to be home to Phoenix Wed. morning (don't see that happening. Maybe they will send the other driver (on 14-7) out in another truck.
