I wish you the best. Hope things get better on both sides. The side you are going to and the side I am going to Sunday (Roehl) I had a great time reading your posts and one of the reasons I chose Roehl. They looked like the best starter company. Again good luck and like the others have said please do not be a stranger here. THANKS!!

Inthink Roehl is a great place to start for new drivers...its perfect actually...but after a while some of us get tired of tne constant hand holding.....and decide to leave it just that roehl makes it difficult at best....part of it wwas due to me being helpful..and trying to do the right thing....

Feel free to ask me anything also. We probably shouldn't do it on the Roehl forum, but what the hell.

Morals? I've heard about them, tasty little mushrooms, fry 'em up with some egg and flour. Wait, that's something else right? But seriously guys, Roehl is an awesome company. They do TONS of things right, like an amazing amount. It would probably be best if they divided into actual divisions. Like totally different companies for training and non-training. That way you could micro-manage those who need it and take a more chillaxed stance on those that have proven themselves.

Oh and PS the consultant that was meeting with us today said I was the most important person in the company! I promptly asked for a raise, a few minutes later I got a high five. I may not actually be important, but I'm definitely the life of the corporate meeting.
