Got to shipper around 0500. Couldn't find anyone, guy pulled up and told
Me they moved across the street. Went over there found my load. 6 guys working and guess how many of them has a key to the gate? If you guessed 0 then you are correct. What a string of luck these past few days.

They picked up a load and stayed in Iron Mountain last night. They are heading to New York for Monday am.

So is it me or is everyone just having a crappy time this past 2 weeks with planners? Are they all on vacation and the "B" team is working? I sat for 20 hours with no load before they decided to deadhead me 250 miles. When sitting in the St. Paul Park yard waiting for my wife I talked to 3 other drivers, one the local. All were having issues this week with loads. One driver was going to be sitting in the yard for 4 hours. The load he was waiting for was the load that the local driver was going to pick up. We didn't put two and two together until he had been siting for 2 hours and the local guy had left to pick up the load. Crazy!

And to add to that, I made up my mind, time to start looking for something else. I love what I do, but if you can't keep me busy (we all have bills to pay including Roehl so why have us sit?) I need to find something that will keep me moving or keep me at home. If I was always moving, I wouldn't complain, but sitting for 20 hours and getting loads that are 500 miles away and you give me 3 days to get there is ridiculous. I try to stay positive, but money talks and lack of money talks LOUDER.

I'll keep supporting Roehl, but they need to figure out what's been going on lately and fix it. Seems to me that a few of us have already walked lately and that is not a good sign.

At the "Terminal Of Despair". I did get a load going to Canada but it doesn't deliver until Monday morning. No matter I am getting out of Gary. I will be heading out sometime after midnight.

Oh yeah I ran into my trainer tonight and talked to him for awhile. I haven't seen him since I tested out last year, man time sure does fly by.
