Sitting in the graveyard for the night. Was suppose to relay this load here, but then got a call that Western Intermodel will take it on Saturday. So I deliver in AM, and then pick up my relay from Gary. More miles and an untarp. Cant complain seeing how the rest of the week has been crappy. Was on pace to get 1800 for the week. Now about 2200, whoop-di-doo!

At the Sapp Brothers in Peru, IL. I had to come to get a flat fixed on an mt I picked up at the Walmart DC down the road. And since they give you a free shower when you get something worked on I decided to just stay here. Plus I was just about out of hours by the time they got done. No pre plan for tomorrow yet. I may not have my CB on all the time but I do wave to all the Roehl drivers out on the road. I agree most don't wave back. Sorry Mic and Notez I won't be waving back to you unless we pass each other on a 2 lane road but then again I am usually waving to all the drivers on those roads.

Delivered in south Boston va yesterday went to raphine to pick up. Local day cab drivers and I also agree most don't wave. I do most of the time depending on my mood. Going to fuel in Gary then off to Appleton. Probably stay at the terminal since the drop is close by. Routing hasn't been too bad hope it doesn't bite me in the butt later for complimenting it.

I-294. Mile marker 47. 4 ways on and parked on the shoulder. My rubber pipe going into my air intake keeps coming off. I've tighten the clamp as much far as it goes and it still happens.
I can't be going 45 near Chicago it's dangerous. I told maintenance that so lets see what happens -

My new Cascadia is actually idling for longer than a few minutes. Must be hot enough outside that the computer realizes I actually NEED something besides battery powered air conditioning. I'm sitting at the Pilot on I-57, just south of I-80 near Chicago. I delivered this morning and I have no plan or load. It's been 5 hours since I got empty, but the weekend dispatch said freight was slow in this area and there were over 40 trucks waiting to get loads around where I'm sitting. Oh well. I got over 2200+ miles in the past 4 days, so I'm not complaining. I just wish I was at a rest area, not a truck stop. Can't have everything I guess.
