    here are my thoughts, longer average length of haul is plus. More multiple stop loads, however you typically set your own delivery appointments. When things are good, they're really good. When things are bad, it gets fairly bad. If you do a good job on it Carol will do anything for you, well assuming Carol is still the planner for curtainside. I'd do it, but ask around. Maybe Paoldschooler will chime in, he ran some curtain.

    The downside would be that youll definitely not be as cool as flatbedders. If you're ok with that I say give it a shot.

    Consignee will not take delivery early so I wait till 1045. Have asked to deadhead home the three hours afterwards. I don't think they'll do it but I can dream.

    sitting at my cons...haven't started the day yet...I am getting routed to marshfield because my truck is overdue for a PM...funny thing was when I picked it up and went to gary a couple months back they said it had a PM done in June...weird...So I guess I will be going to marshfield then home...no worries..
