still at home enjoying the kiddos...could have went back tonight and slept in the truck...but I decided I will spend one last night at home then back to ROET early 2morrow morning...its not like my load is going to behind...275 miles in 3 days...delivers tuesday @0700 in Iowa...figured I could give the maint. department one more night just in case...

 

My load delivers in Wausau at 0900 Monday morning. Its about 7 hours so I'm leaving at midnight tonight so I can spend one more day with family. At least till I go to bed at 1800 today...LOL!

 

In Marshfield...my truck still isn't done and they have had since wed (granted thanksgiving the shop was probably closed) to do the PM and fix all my issues...its sitting outside a bay waiting to go in...they did alot of other work but I opened my door and I find the windshield wiper assembly (knob the wiper arm attaches to included) laying on the floor...I inquire and they say they still have to put tires on the truck and that I wouldn't be leaving til monday...I could have stayed home with the kids and the wife I guess...looks like I will be calling my FM tomorrow to see what she can do for me..

 

Still at home, having dinner with my in-laws today, then back at it tomorrow. I just have to go find a trailer, they had me relay my load off on Tuesday to another driver that was bobtail, and then sent me home with no wagon... Should be fun.

 

I told my FM but was ignored entirely. I was there 5+ hours waiting on them to tell me where to go when finally my FM get CSR to find out. I ran out of hours on the property and they still kicked me off and told me to park on a shoulder of some busy road. I ended up parking in that building across from the main warehouses. I wasn't leaving their property.

 

Still home till tomorrow morning. Oh btw, the 3 in 1 bodywash, shampoo & conditioner in Iron Mt was mine. Enjoy!

 

Just talked to the cons, he wants to move my delivery to 3pm so looks like I may be home half day tomorrow before headed out for a month

 

How many days off do you get for being out a month?

Depends on your definition of a month, and what you want when you get home. Could be anywhere from 4-6 days.
