    sittin at a pilot off I80 x 97, dang ac went out on my truck today, ill wait till i get back to ellenwood to turn it in...this is a columbia, runs good but just lots of little stuff wrong with it

    IMO, I would never drive a Pete. They don't turn worth a ShT. On the other hand, I would love to have their power, but not their fuel economy.
    Then again maybe its the hood....

    I hear ya man, Me and lantern test drove the classic xl at my trucking school i went to. It turns like the titanic and i know the Pete would turn the same if not worse. My buddy that drives a pete for his friend who's an o/o told me you get used to it, but some places like small pilots and the like, he told me you just gotta make your own spot. He said hes the guy who parks next to the cat scale all night lmoa. Except he doesn't idle lol
