Agreed, I was running an ungoverned truck for a while and #### near caught a bunch of tickets, at the end of the day a few minutes here or there doesn't really matter to me.

Getting unloaded at the second stop of the morning. The receiver assured me there would be damage and I would have to to the loss/damage report for it. Oh joy. :biggrin_25513:

Well if I just made the biggest mistake of my life I'll find out soon enough.

    Made the down payment today.

Truck is in the shop getting the APU put on so it will be ready in a couple of days. Once the truck is done I will come back and go over contracts..

I'm extremely excited and nervous at the same time.

2007 Freightliner Columbia Heritage Edition (nothing special). 14L 435 HP, 13 speed eaton fuller, 70 inch bunk, air slide fifth wheel, 110 gal tanks..

    423,060 miles.

Extremely nervous now, because from here on everything is on me. Big leap doing this but I know I can handle it.

Arrive in Marshfield after my drop. While talking to lantern my fm called for the good ol' pee test. Yay, so drank some water on the way to the clinic hoping for a hair or swab test but its urine. Truck is getting a pm along with the sensors for the Bendix system and 5th wheel crapola. Good times.

That's what I thought too. But 929's was truck 848. That would be sweet though, cuz lantern would be passing every roehl driver in sight haha

    Congrats Lantern, looks good!

Sitting on I-65.... Only had 5 hours to run today so just chilling at the McD's at X105. Been running like crazy each time out with no 34, love it that way! Oh, finally talked to my FM and found out I got a nice little raise! Gotta love the new pay scale!
